Happiness Tip: Grateful thinking 



Be thankful and grateful can boosts happiness. Grateful thinking promotes positive life experiences, increase self worth and self-esteem, and it helps to cope with stress. Gratitude in life also helps in building your social bonds and strengthening your existing relationships and nurturing new ones. I find that expressing gratitude tends to discourage me from comparing with others. If you are thankful and appreciative for what you have, you are less likely to pay close attention to or envy what the Joneses have.

Before I sleep every night, I'll think of 3 things I'm grateful for the day. I will always go to bed with a smile :) 

Gratitude is one key to happiness. Try it.
