The PERMA Model Bringing Well-Being and Happiness to Your Life

Learnt about this PERMA Model from my "Meeting of Minds" session with my very philosophical friends AC and Titus last night. Things we need to do to lead a flourishing life. 

Hmmm...think I have all 5 (different degrees perhaps). Some positive psychology for your breakfast this morning. Worth sharing. Do take time to reflect if your life is flourishing or you are just getting by everyday :)
