What a day! Learning to be an effective OD Consultant.
System Theories, Chaos and Complexity Theories, Action Research, Social Constructionism, Lewin's Theories, etc....and finally the Development Group was...deep...very deep...lots of reflecting to do...
Concept of 'here and now', concept of 'presence' as a Consultant. Have a lot to process tonight.

My 2013 Growth and Development Plan
My personal growth & development plan for 2013 started earlier than I expected. Every year, I will intentionally plan for my personal growth & development. May it be a skill, certification or hobby, I will always make sure I add value to myself & make myself better. If I become irrelevant or less valuable over time, it will be my fault! My mental model = I am ultimately responsible for my growth. When my knowledge, skills or personal value goes up, I am more "response able" when it comes to changes & challenges in both my personal & work life. I'm looking forward to this wonderful 1 year certification journey. I'm confident that my value add to my organisation & people I work with will move up to another level in time to come. I'm ready....with open heart, open mind & open arms!
